Delivery and Returns

ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS FOLLOWING YOUR ORDER (EXCEPT SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS)
Your package will be shipped on the day of the order if placed before 11:00 AM (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified by email once your package has been shipped and will receive the tracking number to monitor the delivery of your parcel.

FREE DELIVERY IN THE USA FOR ORDERS OVER $100
Free delivery for purchases over $100, excluding UPS express delivery. 

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, logistic service providers, hotel and motel addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, the American Virgin Islands, or other U.S. Territories.

RETURNS POSSIBLE WITHIN 15 DAYS (EXCHANGE OR REFUND)
Not satisfied with your items? No worries, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package to request an exchange or refund.

RETURN PROCEDURE
The Customer must return the Product(s) at their own expense, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not match the original order. In such cases, the Customer should contact customer service at contact@hov-paris.com.

Returns or exchanges are at the Customer's risk. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original, new condition, along with the order number, to the following address:

If the Customer does not comply with these terms, particularly the return or exchange conditions, HOV will not be able to refund the concerned Products.

PROCESSING TIME
Once your exchange or refund has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

For exchanges, they will be handled as quickly as possible based on product availability, with a maximum processing time of 15 days after receiving your items. If the items are unavailable, we will contact you to inform you.

For refund requests, refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving your items and automatically credited to the account associated with the credit card used for payment or the PayPal account used. For payments made by check or bank transfer, we will contact you to arrange the refund method.
